A yoga practice for kids & kids at heart in the heart of Buffalo NY! We will demystify the practice of yoga in a safe space that fosters creativity, focus, movement, and peace. Combining theater arts, music making, poetry, conversations, philosophy, art and much more allows us to have fun while developing a joyful mind, healthy body, and peaceful spirit.
